| Orlando has lived in Cambridge, since 1967 where he emigrated from a small island in the Azores of Portugal. He was raised on the west side of Galt and has been a resident of Cambridge ever since. His educational years derived from the St. Benedict junior High school, Southwood senior high school, and Conestoga College. True to his philosophy, of staying the course, Orlando has been married for 30 years and has three children.
Orlando has always been involved in the community. He has sat on the board of the Cambridge Figure Skating Club, Managed minor hockey rep teams with Cambridge and St. George. He has been a director with the Cambridge provincial party and is presently a distinguished member with the Cambridge Toastmasters of District 64. Orlando is also a member of the Conestoga College alumni.
Through his association and involvement with the community, Orlando's enthusiasm for continuous knowledge has provided him with evidence-based management of what affects Canadians as a whole in all aspect of their lives. He is compassionate when it comes to the hopes and dreams of his clients.
Orlando is a steadfast professional who is devoted to serving his clients. He builds his practice largely on his heartfelt interaction and conversation with the people he meets as well because of referrals from clients and other professionals. His Client relationship builds on his foundation for ethics, trust and sound judgment from his management team. Orlando has always said,
